Eruption Style

The eruptions arent explosive but they send ash and smoke up to 40 kilometers in the air. Which will disrupt air travel in the surrounding area. The lava is Basaltic which makes it fast flowing but the volcano is too far away from land for the lava to make much of a difference. The eruptions arent very dangerous because there isnt much lava, but the ash and debris disrupts air travel and since the volcano is oceanic there is a possible risk of a tsumani

Environmental Dangers/ Benefits

The soil around the seamount will be fertile but since it is an undersea volcano the soil fertility isnt important. The volcano isn't really threatening to property other that boats and airplanes near the volcano. The volcano sends a lot of ash into the atmosphere which can cause damage to the atmosphere which can help spur Global Warming, and cause trouble for Commercial, Civilian, and military, air travel
